📋 Description

• Develop and enhance digital tools and applications • Automate business and administrative processes • Build AI-powered workflows for documents, data, and recurring tasks • Intelligently connect Microsoft 365, APIs, and other systems • Automate data flows, reporting, and analysis processes • Translate business processes and requirements into functional digital solutions • Take solutions from prototype to production • Design UI and UX to a high standard of quality • Translate between management, business functions, and technology • Work closely with clients and implement solutions in operational environments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and structured thinking • Good understanding of business and commercial principles • Initial experience in an analytical environment, such as consulting, audit, finance, operations, or healthcare • Practical experience with AI, automation, and modern development tools • Hands-on experience building tools, workflows, automations, or prototypes • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, data flows, and system integrations • Understanding of how to handle sensitive data in a regulated environment • Strong sense of UI, UX, and digital products • High level of self-motivation, drive, and enthusiasm for taking ownership • Confident, professional manner—both internally and with clients • Excellent German and good English for internal and external communication
