• Analyze business scenarios and product requirements; communicate with international partners and customers • Design new features and create functional specifications • Evaluate backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholders • Drive end-to-end feature implementation • Break down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation details • Collaborate with external providers (e.g., payment processors, service providers) • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and technical writers • Validate implemented features against specifications; perform acceptance testing • Develop test plans and test scenarios, including edge cases (e.g., data migration, invalid data, high load) • Support maintenance activities, including handling support requests and verifying bug fixes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications • 3+ years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations • Strong experience writing functional documentation in English • Experience working closely with developers and business users • Experience in acceptance testing and test scenario creation • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly • Strong prioritization skills and results-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Fluent English
