📋 Description

• Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo • Build, schedule, test, and optimize promotional campaigns • Create and improve automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention • Segment audiences based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement • Manage campaign calendars around promotions, launches, and key selling periods • Partner with creative and e-commerce teams on messaging, offers, and campaign assets • Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, offers, timing, and audiences • Monitor deliverability and list health • Track revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention performance • Use performance data to continuously improve email and SMS results

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo • Proven email and SMS marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC • Experience building sophisticated automated flows and customer journeys • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing • Comfortable analyzing revenue, conversion, open, click, and retention metrics • Strong copy, merchandising, and promotional instincts • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization • Understanding of email/SMS deliverability and compliance best practices • Experience marketing consumer products is a plus
