📋 Description

• Own three connected products: Predictions, Analytics, and A/B testing • Lead and direct a small machine learning team, including deciding its priorities and future hiring • Own the prediction engine, including forecasts, required accuracy, and customer-facing validation • Investigate and improve slow and imperfect dashboards with the team • Decide how or whether existing machine learning capabilities should be shipped into dashboards and tests

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with code or models sufficient to make technical decisions independently • Strong mathematics and classical machine learning knowledge • Ability to evaluate model choice, metrics, and forecasting horizons • Experience owning a product and demonstrating shipped outcomes • SQL proficiency • Habit of independently checking data and numbers
