📋 Description

• Scale Addri, Addi’s AI-powered conversational assistant, from a support-focused prototype into the primary unified in-app interface • Enable customers to shop, manage credit, make payments, and resolve issues through conversational interactions • Launch Addri in-app and establish a continuous review cadence • Increase AI resolution rates and CSAT while reducing support ticket load • Launch product discovery and purchase-assist flows to improve task completion and conversion • Deploy credit line, balance, and payment flows with high response accuracy and strict escalation guardrails • Build test sets, LLM-judge frameworks, and pre-launch quality gates • Partner with Risk, Data, and Legal on grounding data sources, action confirmation mechanics, and compliance protocols • Deliver a business case quantifying cost savings and conversion impact to guide future investment • Participate in recruiter, hiring manager, cross-functional, live business case, and founder interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping customer-facing LLM products (assistants, agents) beyond demos • Mastery of end-to-end conversational flows and failure handling • Proven ability to scale early-stage products and drive iterative post-launch improvements • Deep experience establishing evaluation frameworks, including test sets, LLM-as-a-judge, and human review • Experience defining strict quality thresholds per use case • Technical fluency in RAG, embeddings, prompting, and tool-use • Experience deploying AI in high-stakes environments • Experience implementing human handoffs, privacy protections, and safety limits for critical actions • Native fluency in Colombian Spanish • Fluent professional English • Active hands-on usage of modern AI tools • Ability to stay current with model capabilities, limitations, and industry developments
