📋 Description

• Support leaders with day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with municipal and state tax obligations in accordance with current legislation. • Liaise with tax authorities for inquiries, resolution of outstanding issues, and problem-solving. • Interpret legislation and provide guidance to the team. • Provide technical support to internal departments and assist with audits and inspections. • Propose process improvements in coordination with the IT area. • Stay up to date on legal changes, train new employees, organize digital files, and perform related activities as required by the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of municipal, state, and federal legislation • Tax routines and processes • Basic accounting knowledge • System knowledge of: Mastersaf, GB, Opera, OnBase, Sênior • Microsoft Office: Intermediate • Basic English • Minimum education: Completed Technical Course (Vocational)
