📋 Description

• Lead the development of proprietary frameworks and code for the analysis of electrified propulsion technologies • Perform first-principles modeling activities to develop highly complex models • Integrate basic and advanced control logics that govern the behavior of the physical components of models embedded in the proprietary frameworks and code • Create pre- and post-processing tools and provide support in troubleshooting issues related to the use of the frameworks and proprietary code • Communicate results in oral presentations and written reports to Chief Engineers, COEs, component engineers, and powertrain managers

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Automotive) • Prior experience in the automotive sector • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) • In-depth knowledge of vehicle propulsion systems (internal combustion engines, transmissions, axles, drivelines, batteries, and electric motors) • Strong knowledge of hybrid and electrified control strategies and energy management optimization • Knowledge of Torque Path strategies for hybrid and electrified propulsion systems • Knowledge of ECMS (Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy) for energy management • Advanced proficiency with commercial tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and GT-Suite • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
