📋 Description

• Lead supply chain module discussions with techno-functional ownership • Work on D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules (Finance preferred) • Support implementation, configuration, and testing cycles • Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders • Translate business requirements into D365 solutions • Participate in UAT, documentation, and post-go-live support • Lead Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics) • Act as bridge between business and technical teams • Provide solution architecture inputs + hands-on functional expertise • Guide junior consultants and ensure delivery quality • Engage directly with client leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years total experience • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O • D365 Certifications are mandatory/preferred: MB-300 (Core), MB-310 (Finance), MB-330 (Supply Chain) • Proven implementation experience (end-to-end projects) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in client-facing, fast-paced environments • Hands-on functional experience in Finance modules (for F&O roles) • Exposure to European clients (for F&O roles is a plus) • Strong techno-functional capability (for Supply Chain role) • Prior experience in solution design / architecture (for Supply Chain role) • Ability to independently drive workshops and solutioning (for Supply Chain role)
