📋 Description

• Advise major insurance-sector clients on performance, transformation, and innovation projects • Develop and deploy strategic plans for Insurance and Social Protection business units • Define and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) • Identify improvement levers and operational excellence initiatives • Analyze and optimize Front Office and Back Office processes • Establish performance management and operational reporting frameworks • Optimize customer journeys, workflows, and internal organization • Lead projects, coordinate teams, and monitor milestones and deliverables • Define project scope, including objectives, boundaries, metrics, and timelines • Contribute to transformation programs involving the implementation of technology solutions or business tools • Conduct benchmarking and market/competitive analyses • Develop operational and strategic recommendations • Manage project teams and ensure the quality of deliverables • Contribute to RFP responses and the development of Insurance offerings • Help develop new methodologies and client solutions • Manage and mentor junior consultants • Contribute to the work of the Square Research Center and produce thought-leadership content

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or Operational Transformation • 4–5 years of experience in a consulting firm, ideally working on transformation projects in the insurance sector • Experience with operational strategy, process optimization, Target Operating Model (TOM), and transformation program projects • Rigorous and structured approach • Strong analytical skills • Team-oriented mindset • Self-directed and proactive in demanding environments • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
