📋 Description

• Oversee electrical design and engineering for data centre projects • Ensure optimal project performance and energy efficiency • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget • Maintain the highest quality standards • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers • Foster a culture of learning and development • Keep abreast of industry advancements • Incorporate innovative solutions into project designs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in electrical engineering within the data centre sector, with a focus on design and project management • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field • Professional engineering registration is a plus • Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success • Experience working in or with data centre markets from prominent regions is highly desirable • Ability to relocate to Sydney, Australia • Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
