📋 Description

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Personal Data Privacy and Protection Program. • Conduct and support data mapping activities and the inventory of personal data processing activities. • Participate in the development, review, and updating of privacy-related policies, standards, and procedures. • Support the handling of data subject requests through the Privacy Channel. • Conduct interviews with internal teams to identify and analyze processes involving personal data. • Support the delivery of training, awareness campaigns, and culture-building initiatives focused on privacy and LGPD. • Advise business areas on data protection best practices and LGPD requirements. • Support assessments related to legal bases, including legitimate interest assessments. • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for tracking the department’s activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of LGPD and data privacy and protection concepts. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with teams at different organizational levels. • Preferred qualifications: previous experience in privacy, compliance, legal, governance, risk, or internal controls. • Knowledge of or experience with Data Mapping and ROPA. • Knowledge of Information Security. • Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 31000, or COSO. • Experience delivering training and awareness initiatives. • Experience handling data subject requests. • Knowledge of Power BI. • Valid driver’s license.
