📋 Description

• Ensure software releases meet functional, quality, and business acceptance requirements before production • Write and maintain clear, traceable test cases and scripts • Map test coverage to requirements and identify coverage gaps • Participate in requirements and acceptance-criteria reviews • Execute functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT test cycles • Plan and coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders • Document test results, evidence, and outcomes • Log, track, retest, and close defects • Analyze defect trends and identify recurring problem areas • Contribute to quality gates and provide go/no-go release recommendations • Escalate quality risks and maintain release-level test summaries • Develop automation skills and contribute to automated regression test scripts • Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and the Product Owner • Participate in sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Propose improvements to testing processes, templates, and tooling • Maintain testing documentation and a shared testing knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 1-3 years' experience in manual and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within a software development environment • Experience writing clear, traceable test cases and test scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria • Experience executing functional, regression, and UAT test cycles and documenting results • Experience logging, tracking, and retesting defects using a defect-tracking tool (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, Xray) • Working understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum ways of working • Basic SQL skills for data validation and test-data setup • ISTQB Foundation Certification (or equivalent testing certification) is advantageous • Authorization to work in Europe
