📋 Description

• Build scalable systems and data pipelines for consumer credit reporting • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Servicing, and Credit teams • Design robust reporting systems for financial products • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Participate in interview processes and engage in growth activities • On-call rotation as a requirement

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficient in Python or Kotlin • Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL and Spark • Ability to write clear and extensible code • Comfortable debugging and reviewing code • Strong communication skills for collaboration
