📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and decision-making • Articulate technical constraints and evaluate risks and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Escalate issues and support availability and keep-the-lights-on efforts • Participate in the on-call rotation • Participate in growth and development activities, including interviewing

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficiency in Python or Kotlin • Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue • Experience developing and architecting mobile applications using declarative UI frameworks like React Native is a bonus • Comfortable navigating a large code base and debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Ability to design solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested and extensible code • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
