📋 Description

• Own the entire lifecycle of Vision and GenAI problem statements from initial concept through deployment • Research, design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable ML systems for Vision use cases • Optimize model training and inference pipelines to maximize GPU utilization and minimize costs • Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Platform teams to define timelines, align business goals, and drive execution • Ensure successful deployment and ML monitoring after launch • Take end-to-end ownership of projects from ideation to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment • Solid foundation in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI • In-depth practical knowledge of CNNs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion models, Inpainting methods, image processing techniques, text-to-image and image-to-image generation architectures • Strong programming skills in Python • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX • Experience deploying Vision models on edge devices and optimizing for resource constraints • Ability to stay current with the latest research and try unconventional ideas • Ability to break down complex and abstract problems into actionable items • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal oversight and process • Bonus: experience with 3D computer vision, video processing, text-to-video and image-to-video generation • Bonus: knowledge of Rust • Bonus: experience with highly skewed and imbalanced data • Bonus: familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
