📋 Description

• Work-related support – assisting employees and caregivers within services for everyday support according to § 45a SGB XI • Clinical nursing guidance – advising and instructing on professional questions and care situations • Psychosocial support – acting as a competent contact person in challenging situations during the working day • Case discussions – participation in case reviews, team meetings and specialist conferences • Training and continuing education – support for training and professional development measures • Quality assurance – providing professional input to further develop the quality of our services • Documentation – clear and traceable documentation of services provided • Flexible delivery – in-person, by phone and digitally possible. 🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a care professional (e.g., social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, social pedagogue, special needs educator, physician, B.A. Gerontology, gerontologist, B.A. Social Work, qualified nurse, health care nurse, registered nurse, elderly care nurse, pediatric nurse, curative education nurse, occupational therapist, specialist in gerontopsychiatric care, household operations manager, master of household management, master building cleaner) • Professional experience in the nursing or health sector – confident in guidance, consulting and professional exchange • Quality awareness – attention to professional standards and quality assurance • Strong communication skills, empathy and structured working methods • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1).
