📋 Description

• Job-related support — Supporting employees and caregiving staff within the framework of services for assistance in daily living according to §45a SGB XI • Clinical nursing guidance — Advising and instructing on professional questions and caregiving situations • Psychosocial support — Acting as a professional contact person in challenging everyday work situations • Case discussions — Participating in case reviews, team meetings, and expert conferences • Training and continuing education — Supporting training sessions and professional development measures • Quality assurance — Providing professional input to further develop the quality of our services • Documentation — Clear, traceable documentation of the services provided • Flexible delivery — On-site, telephone, and digital formats possible. Exclusively digital work is not envisaged

🎯 Requirements

• Completed qualification as a care professional (e.g. social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, social pedagogue, special education teacher, physician, B.A. in Social Work, registered nurse/care specialist, health nurse, hospital nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, curative education nurse, educator, household manager) • Professional experience in the care or healthcare sector — confident handling of instruction, counseling, and professional exchange • Quality awareness — an eye for professional standards and quality assurance • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a structured way of working • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
