📋 Description

• Develop and maintain user-friendly SharePoint pages, FAQs, and process guides • Prepare analytics updates, organize announcements, and manage communication calendars • Keep analytics resources accurate, well-structured, and easy to navigate • Address common user questions and route technical escalations • Identify knowledge gaps and review analytics dashboards and support materials • Organize and optimize content for AI-enabled knowledge initiatives, including searchbots, Microsoft Copilot, and automated support processes • Prepare meeting materials, track action items, update project statuses, and organize deliverables • Bridge technical tools and everyday business users • Support analytics, AI agents, and Microsoft Copilot adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an official study program (University Degree, Master’s, or equivalent) and maintain active student status throughout the entire 12-month duration of the internship • Graduates or candidates completing their studies before the end of the internship period cannot be considered • Must be legally based in Spain for the full duration of the program • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field • Advanced English proficiency required • Strong writing and organizational skills • Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a bonus • Eager to learn how AI agents and Microsoft Copilot enhance knowledge management and content creation • Proactive and collaborative team player comfortable working independently • CV must be submitted in English
