📋 Description
• エンタープライズサービスをご契約いただいたお客様（主に製薬会社様）のコンシェルジュ的な役割を担う • 日々のオペレーションにおけるお客様との第一コンタクト先として、契約内容を迅速かつ誠実に実行する • 化学分析機器（アジレント社製または他社製）の点検・修理サービス等の要請や問い合わせに対応する • お客様・アジレント・ベンダー間のエンジニア訪問の日程調整および関連業務を実施する
🎯 Requirements
• PCによる業務系システム操作（SAP/CRM） • Office系ソフト操作 • 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション • TOEIC600点相当以上 • 理系の学部出身もしくは製薬会社での経験があれば尚可 • GxPの規則およびガイドラインの基礎知識があれば尚可 • 見積取得、注文書発行および請求処理に関わる理解と経験があれば尚可 • チームワーク • 正確性 • 迅速性 • 臨機応変さ • 積極性・自発性
