📋 Description

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions • Install and optimize LCSQ, LCQQQ, GCQQQ, LCQTOF, and GCQTOF hardware, software, networking products, and configurations at customer sites • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems • Perform maintenance and repair services • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations affecting product performance • Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned business interruptions • Deliver fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software • Serve as an internal technical resource and manage product escalations • Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to provide customer solutions • Deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars/workshops for field engineers or customers • Train other field engineers or customers • Calibrate equipment on-site for large-volume customers • Qualify leads

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent • Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required • Typically, at least 1-2+ years relevant experience • Must consent to participate in and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites • Requirements may include proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, and customer health and safety requirements • Willingness to travel 75% of the time • Day shift
