📋 Description

• Manage employees in Field Service Engineer and Service Tech families • Ensure successful implementation, installation, repair, calibration, and support of customer hardware, software, network products, and systems • Understand and meet customer needs through service creation, effective delivery processes, and ongoing support • Build partnerships with other support organizations • Drive profitable revenue growth while optimizing customer satisfaction • Participate in customer/vendor credentialing processes to gain access to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience • Typically, a minimum of 1-2 years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level • Must consent to and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements • May require proof of identification • May require proof of certification to perform the required work • Must meet customer health and safety requirements • Willingness to travel 75% of the time
