📋 Description

• Configure, test, and validate client fund structures and calculations • Work closely with the U.S.-based team to execute client implementation plans • Serve as the nearshore team's escalation point for financial structures involving multiple entities, non-standard configurations, and other implementation issues • Evolve and refine implementation processes as the nearshore team scales • Partner with U.S.-based Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams • Mentor Associates and Senior Associates • Potentially progress toward people management as the role and team grow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations • 3+ years of experience in the private funds industry as a fund accountant, private funds operations professional, or implementation specialist at a fund administrator, fund manager, or fund management software provider • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience • Proven ability to manage large, complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+) • Strong communication skills for daily coordination with a U.S.-based team • Demonstrated experience leading software, systems, or process implementations from spec through to live, production use, ideally with SaaS or cloud-based platforms • Hands-on experience using AI tools to build or support automations across workflows, data processing, or testing • Experience mentoring or informally guiding junior team members • Strong command of private fund structures and calculations, including complex or non-standard structures • CPA or equivalent experience • Prior exposure to people management or team leadership
