📋 Description

• Development and implementation of an ongoing social media strategy and execution plan for each campaign. • Quarterly review and refinement of the strategy. • Periodic reporting of social media performance in collaboration with and according to the client's requirements. • Adjustment of implementation plans based on the business situation. • Collaboration with the content planner to develop execution plans. • Data extraction and preparation of the agency's position. • Recommendations for next steps and actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in social media strategy or a similar role • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, LINE and other social media practices • Strong understanding of social media KPIs with a focus on organic reach • Proven ability to plan and create effective social media campaigns • Experience managing social media channels and campaigns • Comfortable working with numbers and words — ability to produce monthly impact reports • Ability to independently write inspiring, targeted creative briefs • Strategic thinking to develop a social media strategy • Understanding of the European and global social media market • Understanding of B2B and B2C • Fluent German and English preferred, at least conversational proficiency
