• Conduct virtual patient consultations, clinical assessments, and follow-up visits • Review patient medical histories, symptoms, medications, laboratory results, and other clinical information • Develop and support individualized treatment and care plans within applicable scope of practice • Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and chronic disease management • Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-ups with physicians and other healthcare providers • Accurately document patient encounters in the client's EHR/EMR system • Monitor patient conditions and appropriately escalate urgent or complex clinical concerns • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, care managers, and other healthcare professionals • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, patient privacy, clinical documentation, and client-specific clinical requirements • Participate in chart reviews, quality assurance, and clinical improvement activities as required
• Active and unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner License — REQUIRED • Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License — REQUIRED • Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to specialty (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PMHNP) • Active Philippine RN license • 2–3+ years of professional Nurse Practitioner experience preferred • Experience working with U.S. patients or U.S.-based healthcare organizations strongly preferred • Telehealth/remote clinical experience is an advantage • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare practices, workflows, and clinical documentation • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Proficiency with EHR/EMR and telehealth platforms • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to work independently • Willingness to work on a U.S. Eastern Time schedule, including Philippine night shifts when required
