📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on development across greenfield and brownfield application engagements • Design, write, test, debug, and deploy production-quality code across modern application stacks • Own defined features, components, and small workstreams from implementation through delivery with limited supervision • Write and maintain automated tests and validate functional, performance, and security expectations • Participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer • Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, and documentation • Extend AI into SDLC activities such as test coverage, engineering documentation, story refinement, and technical research • Review and verify AI-generated output before committing it • Produce and document component-level and feature-level designs for the team and client • Apply established design patterns and recognize common anti-patterns • Coach Associate and Senior Associate Technical Consultants through pairing, code review feedback, and day-to-day guidance • Own quality, timelines, and handoffs for assigned work; raise risks and blockers early • Serve as a point of contact for client project-team stakeholders and present and defend work in customer sessions • Build and modernize web applications, mobile applications, APIs, functions, and related platform services within client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Working proficiency in a second language: Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python • Demonstrated ability to write, test, debug, and deliver production-quality code with limited supervision • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices • Practical experience with automated testing and testing strategies for reliable, production-ready code • Working knowledge of design patterns and anti-patterns, with the ability to produce component-level and feature-level design artifacts • Experience building or modernizing applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using modern development frameworks and DevOps practices • Working knowledge of security, CI/CD, source control practices, logging, and monitoring • Proficiency with AI development tools, especially Claude Code; experience with Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Continue.dev, and similar tools is valued • Ability to apply prompting, context management, and output validation, and to use AI beyond coding for test creation, documentation, and technical research • Ability to work independently on defined scope, manage competing priorities, and know when to escalate ambiguous or high-risk decisions • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical work to client project-team stakeholders
