📋 Description

• Provide exceptional Customer Service support as a Specialist, Premium Support • Take ownership of cases, ensuring complete resolution while fostering strong relationships with users • Interact with customers through all current and future communication channels • Demonstrate ownership mentality and good judgment • Resolve user issues quickly and with high mutual satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication in both languages • 3+ years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service teams, preferably in the hospitality industry • Ability to work weekend days and public holidays, as well as early morning / evening shifts • Very good verbal and written communication skills • Active listening skills • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers, especially in high-pressure situations.
