📋 Description

• Owning the design, test, and go-live technical aspects to ensure delivery of web, media and security solutions • Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers delivering value with every engagement • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers • Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products • Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 6 years of relevant experience • Have hands-on experience with web applications or an understanding of TCP/IP networks • Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies or architectures • Have experience working with difficult customers • Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services • Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner.
