📋 Description
• Serving as a lead for the Server Team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement • Driving multiple high-impact, complex projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with Akamai's core business objectives • Facilitating collaboration among multidisciplinary teams • Acting as a critical contributor to Akamai's global success by optimizing server performance and reliability at scale • Supporting cross-functional teams and providing subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs • Fostering effective communication while ensuring precise documentation and reporting on program status
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in team management and people leadership • Technical skills within server hardware and software scope including GPUs and smartNICs / DPUs • Proficient experience in program or project management in a cross functional and technical team • Proficient experience in managing agile work processes • Experience/ skills in managing external vendors relationships • Interpersonal and organizational skills while communicating effectively • Demonstrate initiative with analytical expertise, solve problems effectively
