📋 Description

• Lead 15-20 engineers, driving execution of complex programs • Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs • Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation • Report on program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders • Engage regularly with key collaborators to evaluate and identify business risks and propose solutions • Adopt best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes • Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that enables engineers to succeed and grow

🎯 Requirements

• Have technical skills within software scope (GPUs and smartNICs / DPUsAI scope is an asset) • Demonstrate proficient experience in program or project management in a cross functional and technical team • Demonstrate proficient experience in software project cycle management • Demonstrate proficient experience in managing agile work processes • Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment • Be action-oriented with solid analytical skills, capable of problem-solving and decision-making
