📋 Description

• Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists • Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations • Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel • Tracking progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders • Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Have a High school / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field or its equivalent. • Have 7 years of experience in a technical/engineering role at large enterprises • Have prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role • Have experience with troubleshooting/debugging networks and software • Have 4+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker and NGINX • Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (TCP/IP stack, HTTP, REST, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.) • Have prior experience with API development, cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
