• You take responsibility for your territory and for selling our wound care products • You visit physicians and care facilities, advising on all clinical aspects of modern wound therapy • You efficiently plan visits to the existing customer base and acquire new customers • You win and engage customers sustainably for our products, thereby increasing Akanni's brand awareness and presence in your territory • You conduct product presentations and train customers' clinical staff • You closely monitor the market situation in your territory, conduct independent analyses, and work to achieve steady sales growth
• Completed qualification in the medical or nursing field • Experience in field sales and in selling medical products is an advantage • Knowledge of wound care is a plus (wound care specialist / wound therapist) • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of commitment • Excellent communication skills; a personable, curious manner to build and maintain customer relationships • Strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive approach to the market, with high reliability in customer support • Valid Class B driver's license
