📋 Description

• Build and ship AI agents end-to-end, from scoping and prototyping through optimisation and production rollout • Design for reliability with observability, logging, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines • Integrate with enterprise systems, building connectors and retrieval pipelines • Review AI-generated code and designs critically • Own quality by writing and maintaining evaluation datasets and defining accuracy targets • Document designs, runbooks, and technical documentation clearly

🎯 Requirements

• 2–10+ years of total experience, with specific focus on AI systems • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Experience with LLM-based systems in production or near-production settings (agents, RAG, automation, orchestration) • Product-minded approach to development • Architectural taste (ability to evaluate system designs) • Comfort with ambiguity in AI systems
