📋 Description

• Own Agentic Platform problems end to end, from design through production • Influence architecture and code quality • Work closely with Alaners, product teams, and operations teams • Own production reliability, cost, and security • Build infrastructure, runtimes, evaluation, observability, and skills lifecycle capabilities for AI agents • Develop shared agent frameworks, model gateways, durable sessions, sandboxes, MCP gateways, permissions, evaluations, and automations • Mentor engineers and contribute to product and engineering culture • Help build the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering with solid backend fundamentals • Depth in at least one of distributed systems and runtimes, evaluation and data quality, security and authorization, or product UX • Experience building products, platforms, or infrastructure used by other people • Good sense of user and developer experience • Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, evals, or MCP is a strong plus • ML or MLOps experience is a plus • Familiarity with the open-source AI ecosystem • Fluent in English; French is not required • Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain • Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to France, Spain, or Belgium
