📋 Description

• Monitor the business and risks • Help the team understand healthcare and insurance subtleties • Define pricing and repricing strategies for products • Improve margin monitoring • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to provide appropriate customer tools • Analyze portfolio profitability and suggest action points • Participate in the global insurance community • Contribute to organizational impact, hiring, and training across multiple countries

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience in health insurance • Fluent in English • Knowledge of sector trends, pricing/repricing business decisions, and market practices • Quantitative background in statistics or actuarial sciences • Experience with insurance products and business • Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business, and legal insurance questions • Builder mindset focused on scaling and optimizing processes and systems • Willingness to change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo • Spanish fluency or willingness to learn Spanish • Experience coordinating with teams based in another country • Connections and deep understanding of the Spanish health insurance market • Must be legally eligible to work from Spain
