📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely and work from different locations • Develop and manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive communication: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional fields • Eager to learn and committed to doing a great job • Independent and self-motivated • Independent contractor status • Ready to start as soon as you give the go-ahead
