ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Manage a property portfolio as your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely and work from different locations

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to all professional backgrounds • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Autonomy • Comprehensive in-house training provided in legal, technical, sales, and property management areas
