They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and prospect property owners • Convince owners to entrust the management of their properties to the network • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties managed as short-term rentals • Organize your schedule independently between partial remote work and on-site activities • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and monitor their activities

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
