They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your assigned area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio with a focus on generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently, combining partial remote work with field activity • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Self-employed status • No investment required • Full training provided
