📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Manage your property portfolio as your own business • Organize your schedule freely and work in the field or remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasion skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other background • Eagerness to learn and perform at a high standard • Ability to organize your time and work independently • No specific degree or experience required
