📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Build a portfolio of properties under short-term rental management • Identify property owners and convince them to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, with a combination of remote work and field activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build recurring long-term income • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
