📋 Description

• You become ALB's point of contact for your area. • Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, Atypical and Unique Properties...). • Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations). • Flexibility: Organize your schedule and work from where you want (Partial remote / Field work).

• Persuasion: You can convince owners to entrust you with managing their property. • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field — your willingness to learn and do well matters most. • Autonomous: You want schedule freedom while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
