ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage all concierge operations in the assigned area as an autonomous operator • Grow the portfolio by signing new concierge service contracts • Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and build its profile in the area • Handle owner inquiries in the assigned area and manage operations through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is an advantage • Highly motivated • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No initial investment required
