📋 Description

• Manage all short-term rental concierge operations within your area as an independent operator • Grow the client portfolio by signing new property concierge management contracts • Manage cleaning and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure property owners and guests are satisfied • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and increase its visibility • Handle inquiries from property owners in your area and manage operations through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build relationships based on trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is not required • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
