📋 Description

• Manage all short-term rental concierge operations in your area as an autonomous business operator • Sign new concierge service contracts in your area • Manage cleaning and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and build brand awareness • Respond to property owner inquiries in your area and manage your business through the ALB platform • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and drive • The independence of a self-employed operator, backed by the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry; no specific industry experience required • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
