📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative for the city and surrounding areas • Drive business development in the area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
