📋 Description

• Act as the local representative of the network in the city and surrounding areas • Develop the local business by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and listing distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Optionally build a team of City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
