ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the local property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage and develop the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System • Monitor and manage operations through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is accepted • Motivation and desire to build a long-term recurring income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • No specific experience or formal qualification required
