They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local point of contact in your area • Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule independently and work in the field or remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive skills: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional fields • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to manage your schedule independently • Self-employed status • Comprehensive in-house training provided (Legal, Technical, Sales, and Management)
