ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the assigned area by acquiring new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Organize cleaning, maintenance, and check-ins/check-outs • Manage guest relationships • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under their sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • No investment required
