ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Be the local network point of contact for your city and surrounding area • Manage your territory like your own business • Bring new properties under management: apartments, houses, villas, chalets and unique properties • Operate and oversee your portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations • Optimize revenues using yield management and multi-listing on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel • Lead and coordinate your local network of service providers • Delegate management of your portfolio to the ALB network during your absences via the ALB Vacation System

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales or other sectors • Motivation is the main selection criterion • Desire the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Want to build long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • €0 investment required
