📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence expected of a self-employed professional • Willingness to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
