📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local point of contact in your area • Manage a property portfolio as your own business • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule independently • Work partly remotely and partly in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Strong persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property • Open to candidates from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other professional background • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Autonomy in organizing your time and work
